Arkay Plastic Industries

Our place, Arkay Plastic Industries, is tucked away in the Nandkishore Industrial Estate. Specifically, we are at A-24 on the 1st Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East. It is a very busy industrial area. There is always noise from the machines and trucks moving in and out of the estate. We spend most of our time on the factory floor making sure the plastic production is moving along like it should. It gets hot in there, especially during the summer months, but that is just how it is when you are working with heat and molds. We have a few different machines running most of the day. The staff mostly lives nearby, so they walk or take the bus to get here. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years in the industry. It is a practical business. We make the parts, pack them up, and send them out. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it. That is the part of the job nobody likes, but it happens. The office is just a small room in the corner where we keep the accounts. It is dusty because of the location, but we don't mind much. It is just a place where we work and try to get the orders finished on time for everyone.
