Up here on the first floor of Premium Tower in Orlen, things stay pretty steady for us at Arena Fashions Pvt.Ltd. Being in Malad West means there is always something going on outside, but inside the office, we just focus on the clothes. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows their job. It’s not a huge operation where nobody knows each other. We sit around the same tables and figure out what needs to be shipped or what new designs are coming in next week. The building itself is alright, it’s got that typical office feel but we’ve tried to make our space comfortable since we spend so many hours here. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s little things like that which make up our day. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there, just a solid one that does what it says. We handle a lot of paperwork and even more fabric. If you saw the back room, you’d see it’s a bit of a mess with samples and labels, but we know where everything is. It's a practical way of working. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make apparel and try to make sure it gets to where it’s going on time. Malad West is a good home for us, and we plan to stay here for a good long while. There's usually someone around even on weekends.
