Archies Designer

We are located in Khar West, specifically at shop number 123 in the Pushp Shelter 10 building on 1st Main Road. It is a lively part of the city to be in. Our shop is not huge, but we make the most of every inch of space we have for our design work. There are rolls of fabric and various samples leaning against the walls most days. We have a couple of large desks where we do all the sketching and planning. The front window lets in a good amount of light, which is helpful when we are trying to match colors. Outside, the street is always buzzing with people and cars, and you can hear the sounds of the local vendors throughout the day. We have been in this spot for a while and the locals know us pretty well. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to find a place for someone to sit down. It is a working studio, so it looks a bit cluttered with half-finished ideas and scraps of paper. We do not have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door will look up and say hello. The air conditioner is a bit loud, but it keeps the heat away during the Mumbai afternoons. It is just a practical space where we put our heads down and get to work on whatever is on the table.
