If you find yourself in Santacruz West, we are over in Gujar Lane at Jain Niketan. It is right on SV Road, and the easiest way to find us is to look for the old Akber Ali building, as we are right opposite that. Our shop is where we do all our designing and tailoring work. It’s often a bit messy with rolls of fabric, thread, and sketches lying around on the tables. We don’t have a polished showroom with mannequins everywhere. It’s more of a working space where things actually get made. People come in with their ideas, and we talk about what can be done with the cloth they have. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighborhood knows us as the place to go for custom work. The noise from SV Road is always there in the background, but we’re used to it by now. We spend most of our hours measuring, cutting, and stitching. It’s honest work that takes a lot of patience. Sometimes a customer is in a hurry, and we have to stay late to finish a dress or a suit. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the machines. It’s a practical business, focusing on getting the fit right rather than having a fancy storefront. We just want to make clothes that look good and feel right for the people who live around here.
