Aquest Auto Pvt. Ltd. is located down in Sector 1 of Nerul. We are at Plot No 48 and 54. If you know this part of Navi Mumbai, it’s a lot of workshops and residential buildings mixed together. We deal with auto parts and vehicles, so the floors are almost always covered in a bit of oil or grease. It’s just the nature of the job. We have a small team here and most of us have been working on cars since we were kids. We don't have a big reception area with magazines and coffee. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us under a car or at a workbench. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and trying to get the right parts delivered. Sometimes the wrong thing shows up and we have to spend half the day on the phone sorting it out. It gets pretty loud with the tools running, so we have to shout to hear each other sometimes. Nerul is a good place to be based, even if it gets a bit crowded during the rush hour. We just focus on getting the vehicles back on the road. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. If something is broken, we tell you how much it will cost and how long it will take. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us here.
