Premier

We are located at 13/B Shanti Nagar, right off M.G. Road in Borivali East. It’s a very busy area in Mumbai, so there’s always a crowd of people walking by our door. Our shop is simply called Premier, and we’ve been in this exact spot for quite some time now. We handle various goods and general supplies that people in the neighborhood might need. It's not a huge space, but we manage to pack a lot of inventory into it. Dealing with the daily bustle of Borivali is just part of the job for us. The heavy rains in Mumbai can make things difficult sometimes, but we stay open and keep things running as best as we can through the season. We don't have a big corporate structure or any fancy management. It's just a few of us here making sure the shelves are filled and the customers get what they are looking for. We know a lot of the regulars by name since they live nearby in the Shanti Nagar buildings. Sometimes we just sit and chat when the shop isn't too crowded. We don't use any fancy computer systems for every little thing; a lot of our work is still done in ledgers or just by memory. It’s a local business through and through. We aren't trying to expand into some giant company with multiple branches. We just want to do our daily work and go home to our families.
