We spend our days at Ground Floor, Irin Villa, dealing with whatever computer problems people bring in. Being in Andheri East Sahar means it is always busy outside, and being behind the Gurudwara gives us a bit of a landmark to tell people when they get lost. Computers are funny things, they work fine one day and then just stop the next. We have got tools and spare parts scattered across the workbenches here. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. Most of the time we are just hunched over a screen or a keyboard trying to figure out a glitch. People from the Sahar area come in with laptops that have seen better days. We do our best to fix them up. The Irin Villa building is old but it works for us. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait. We talk to the neighbors or grab a quick bite from the stalls nearby. It is a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error. We don't really have a front desk person, so whoever is free just looks up and helps. It keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. Working with technology in a place like Andheri is a bit of a challenge but we have been doing it for a long time now. We just keep things moving as best as we can without making too much of a fuss.
