Apple Bakery Machinery Pvt. Ltd is found on the first floor of Hansraj Damodar Wadi, which is off Kenndy Road near the Opera House. It is a very old part of Mumbai, and the building has that classic feel with high ceilings and a bit of a lived-in look. We occupy room 20-I. Our business is all about the machines that make bakeries run, like big industrial ovens and heavy-duty mixers. We aren't bakers ourselves, but we know these machines inside and out. The office is often full of technical manuals, spare parts, and blueprints. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other well. We spend a lot of our time talking to shop owners who are either starting a new bakery or trying to fix an old one. Being in the Opera House area means there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. We don’t have a big, shiny showroom to display the gear. Most of the time, we show people photos or take them to see a machine in action elsewhere. We aren't a corporate giant; we just provide a specific service to people who need it. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much in the heat, and the office can get a little disorganized when we are busy, but we always find what we need. It’s just a practical, everyday business helping people get their bakeries up and running properly.
