Apple Bakery Machinery P.L. operates out of Ghaswala Estate on Sane Guruji Marg in Tardeo. Our specific unit is 4B 493. It is an old industrial space. Here, we work on all kinds of bakery equipment. You will mostly find us with grease on our shirts. We spend the day fixing mixers or checking over large ovens. The estate is a busy place. There is always something going on nearby. We don't have a shiny office or a showroom. It is just the workshop with tools scattered across the benches and some heavy lifting gear in the corner. I have been around machines most of my life. It feels natural to be here in the middle of it. We get a lot of local bakers coming by when their gear breaks down or they need a replacement. We try to help them out as quickly as we can. They need to get back to their baking. It is hard work. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings or bits of old parts. We don't use any fancy marketing or advertising. People just know us by word of mouth in this part of Tardeo. We take our tea from the small shop nearby. It’s good to chat with the other mechanics in the estate. It is a bit of a loud environment but we are used to it by now. We just focus on the machines and making sure they work right for the people who need them.
