Apple Bakery Bachinery is located on the first floor of 201, Hansraj Damodar Wadi. We are right off Kennedy Bridge near the Opera House area. It’s an old part of the city, and our building has that classic Mumbai feel to it. Inside, we have all sorts of bakery equipment on display, from massive deck ovens to spiral mixers that could probably mix concrete if you let them. It isn’t a silent showroom; there is usually someone testing a timer or checking the heating elements on a proofer. We spend a lot of time talking to bakery owners who are either just starting out or trying to replace an old oven that finally gave up. The area around Opera House is always crowded with traffic, so the sound of horns is just background noise to us now. We don't have a team of salesmen in suits. We just have people who know how to bake and what kind of machinery is needed to make a good loaf of bread. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us moving. We’ve been helping people set up their kitchens for a long time, and we’ve seen a lot of bakeries come and go. We just try to provide equipment that works without breaking the bank. It’s a straightforward business, and we prefer it that way. No fluff, just machines and honest talk about what your kitchen needs to run.
