Ankit Exports

Ankit Exports is tucked away in the Jitekarwadi Building No. 4. We are in Premises No. 6, which is up on the first floor. Thakurdwar Road is always buzzing with activity, so it can be a bit loud inside the office, but you get used to it after a week or two. The building is one of those older structures that has seen a lot of history. Our space isn't huge, but we managed to fit all our desks and the filing cabinets in there. Being on the first floor is nice because we don't have to wait for the elevator, which is usually slow anyway. We handle various export tasks from here, mostly paperwork and coordinating with the docks. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phones and checking manifests. The area around Thakurdwar Road has everything we need, from tea stalls to stationery shops, so we never have to go far for supplies. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting room, just the main room where everyone sits and works together. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when we have visitors, but we just pull up an extra chair. It’s just how things are done in this part of the city. We’ve been here for years and the routine hasn't changed much. We just show up, do the export work, and head home.
