Anila V Designs

We have a small studio at Plot No 2 in the Jai Bharat CHS, located in Khar West. It’s on the ground floor, which is nice because we don't have to deal with stairs or elevators all the time. Anila V Designs is where we do all our creative work. It’s not a giant warehouse or a fancy showroom. It’s just a room where we keep our samples, sketches, and tools. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with fabric scraps or paper everywhere, but that’s just part of the design process. We like the vibe in Khar West. It’s got a bit of character and plenty of good places to grab a quick snack nearby. Being in a CHS means we have neighbors who are living their lives all around us. It makes the work feel more grounded. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. People usually find us because they saw something we made or someone told them about our little spot. We just focus on making things look good and working with the space we have. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy. We like the creative freedom we have here. There isn't a lot of structure, but somehow the designs always get finished on time. We use a lot of natural light from the windows and try to keep things feeling fresh even if the studio is a bit cramped at times.
