Clique Exports Pvt. Ltd. is on the 6th floor of the Crescent Royale building. The address is Plot No. 605 on the Andheri Link Road. We are right behind the Hyundai showroom. That is the easiest way to tell people how to find us because everyone knows the car place. Being up on the 6th floor means we spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator. The office is usually full of stacks of papers and fabric samples. We deal with exports, which means a lot of phone calls and checking on shipping dates. We spend a lot of our time looking at spreadsheets on the screen. It is not a very physical job like working in a factory, but it is tiring in its own way. You have to keep track of where every box is going across the ocean. The Andheri Link Road is always jammed with cars and trucks, so we hear the honking all day long from our windows. We have a small pantry where we make tea or coffee. The windows look out over a lot of other grey buildings in the area. It is a professional enough space, but it stays pretty cluttered with work. There are boxes of samples piled up in almost every corner of the room. We mostly talk to people over the phone or through emails. Sometimes clients come by to see the latest samples and we have to clear a spot for them to sit.
