Our place is in the New India Industrial Estate, specifically at Plot No. 33 off Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how crowded it gets. Getting a truck in and out of the estate can be a real headache sometimes, but we’ve learned the best times to move things. We operate out of units 115 and 206. It’s a typical industrial setting with concrete floors and high ceilings. We do a lot of international trade stuff, which explains the name Om Shree International. Most of our time is spent checking the items and making sure everything is packed correctly for long trips. There is always someone coming or going, whether it’s a delivery driver or a customs agent. The office part is just a small corner with some old computers and a lot of binders. It’s hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day long. We don't have time for fancy talk or long meetings. We just look at the orders, figure out the logistics, and get the goods moving. It’s a gritty, fast-paced environment, but it’s what we know. Being in Andheri East means we are right in the middle of the action, even if the traffic makes us crazy sometimes. We just keep at it, day after day, until the work is finished.
