Our office is situated in Sita Estates, specifically unit B/7-E on the first floor. We are right on Mahul Road in Chembur. It’s a decent spot, though the traffic on Mahul Road can be quite a headache during rush hour. Being on the first floor makes it easier for people to drop by without having to wait for the lift. The estate itself is quite old and has a lot of different businesses running out of it. We have our own little corner where we handle all the speciality work. It is mostly desks and filing cabinets, with a small area for coffee. We don't have a lot of visitors, so it stays relatively quiet inside compared to the noise of Chembur outside. We spend our days looking at technical specs and talking to clients about their requirements. It’s a professional environment but very relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it's just jeans and a shirt. The "Sita Estates" sign is visible from the road, so we aren't too hard to find. We’ve been here for several years now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. Some days are faster than others. When the monsoon hits, the road outside gets flooded sometimes, which makes getting to work an adventure. We just take it as it comes. It's a solid place to work and we like the community feel of the building and the neighborhood.
