Amul Ice Cream Parlour

We are running the Amul Ice Cream Parlour over in Malad East, specifically at Garviha Palaya 9. It’s a straightforward little shop. We don’t have any fancy decorations or plush seating. It’s just a place where we keep the freezers running and the floors swept. Malad East is a big area, and our spot at number 9 is where we spend all our time. We aren't part of some big corporate management team; it’s just us here making sure the lights stay on. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we have to scramble, but that’s just part of life here. The neighborhood kids know us pretty well, and they usually stop by after school. We keep things simple and don't try to overcomplicate how we do things. We don't have a website or a big social media page. Most people just see us when they are walking through Garviha Palaya. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always going full blast. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the regulars who live in the buildings nearby. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the busy weekends when everyone wants something cold. We just take it one day at a time and keep the place open for everyone. It's a decent way to spend the day.
