Amit Ayurvedic & Cosmetic Products is located at B/7, Mahavir Villa in Garodia Nagar. Ghatkopar East is a nice enough area, and Mahavir Villa is a pretty standard building for this part of Mumbai. We are at 119/120, which gives us enough room for our desks and the product samples. It is a mix of a home and an office feel. We have windows that look out onto the street, so we can see when the courier arrives or if the rain is starting. The floors are tiled and easy to keep clean, which is helpful when we are dealing with cosmetic powders and oils. We don't have a big staff, so it is usually just two or three of us here at any given time. We spend most of our morning checking the inventory and the afternoon getting things ready for dispatch. The building is quiet for the most part, except for the occasional car horn or a neighbor coming home. We have a small wooden cupboard where we keep all the records, and it is getting pretty full these days. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to find a place to sit and have our lunch. It is a bit cramped, but we are used to it. We don't need much more than our phones, the computer, and a bit of space to work. It is a straightforward way to run Amit Ayurvedic.
