Amardeep Traders

Our shop is number five on NSS Road, right in the middle of Asalfa Village. We are very close to the Khanna Apartment, which is a big landmark around here. Ghatkopar West is a crowded area, and the street outside our shop is always full of people and vehicles. We started this place because we wanted to have a small business in our own neighborhood. We sell a variety of daily goods and trade in different items that local people need. Most of the time, it is just me and my cousin standing behind the counter. We do not have any big signs or bright lights to attract customers. People just know we are here because we have been in this spot for years. The shop is small, and we have to stack the boxes quite high to fit everything in. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped, especially when a new delivery arrives and we have to move things around. We open the shutters early in the morning when the milkman comes by. We stay open until late in the evening when the office workers are returning home. It is a simple routine. We know most of our customers by their first names. We do not try to be anything we are not. It is just a regular local shop where we try to keep things organized and helpful for the people in Asalfa.
