We’re over in the Hammersmith Industrial Estate in Mahim, specifically at unit 318. It’s off Shitladevi Road, which gets quite packed during the rush hours. We’ve been operating Am Ozonics Pvt Ltd from this spot for a good while now. The building isn't anything to look at from the outside, but it suits us just fine. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on the ozone equipment and handling the paperwork that comes with it. It’s a busy environment with a lot of noise from the neighboring units, but you get used to it after a few days. We don’t have a fancy front desk or a team of people in suits. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting at a cluttered desk or checking on things in the back storage area. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare if you’re coming from the other side of the city, yet we all show up and get to it. Sometimes the elevator breaks down and we have to use the stairs, which isn’t fun in the heat, but that’s just life in an industrial estate. We focus on our daily tasks and making sure the orders are ready to go out. It’s simple work, nothing glamorous, just a group of people doing their jobs in a practical workspace. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in this building, but we’re still here, just keeping things moving along at our own steady pace.
