Being near Mittal Estate in Andheri East means there is always a lot of noise and movement. Alstrong Enterprises (India) Pvt Ltd is based right here on the Aslali Narol Road, at number 606. It is one of those busy industrial pockets where everyone is trying to get somewhere in a hurry. Our office is a practical space. We do not have fancy decorations or anything impressive on the walls. It is mostly desks, files, and people talking on the phone. The area is quite packed, so finding a proper parking spot is usually the first challenge of the day. We deal with a lot of logistics and paperwork because of where we are situated. The Narol Road traffic can be a real nightmare in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. We have a mix of old staff who have been here for a decade and a few newer faces just starting out. It feels like a small community inside the building. We focus on getting through the daily list of tasks without too much drama or fuss. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the summer heat, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work properly and go home. People stop by because we are in such a central spot for this part of Andheri.
