Al-Mustafa Exp & Imp

We are located at 83-A, Victoria Rd., right in the Mustafa Bazar area of Byculla. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the market is in full swing. Al-Mustafa Exp & Imp has been here for years. The building is old, and the stairs are a bit steep, but it’s home for us. Being in Mustafa Bazar means there’s always noise and people moving goods around. We do both export and import work, so there is never a dull moment. One day we are tracking a shipment and the next we are dealing with some local delivery issue. The office is a bit cluttered with samples and old files. We don’t really mind it. Most of us have worked together for a long time, so we know how things go. Byculla is a central place, which helps with the business. We get all sorts of people walking in, sometimes just asking for directions. We try to keep things simple. No big corporate speeches here. We just handle the goods and the paperwork. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes everyone a bit slow, so we take a break for tea. It's a practical way of working. We don't use much technology besides the basics. It’s just the way Al-Mustafa Exp & Imp operates day to day. We stay until the last truck is sorted.
