Al Hayat Exports Pvt. Ltd. is located right on Mohammed Ali Road. If you’ve ever been to Crawford Market, you know exactly how crowded it gets around here. Our office is in 107/d, Hasam Bldg. It’s a busy building in a very busy part of Mumbai. There is always noise from the street, trucks unloading, and people shouting, but that's just the atmosphere of the market. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with desks and files where we get our work done every day. We usually start early before the heat gets too bad. Being near the market means things move fast. We don't have a big reception area or fancy decorations. It’s mostly just us working through orders and talking on the phone. Getting to the building can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the area. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs when things get a bit slow. It's a practical location for what we do. We don't really bother with making the place look corporate. It's a real office in a real part of town. Most of our day is spent right here in Hasam Bldg, making sure everything is moving along. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
