Lachiram Plaza is a busy spot. We are based out of units C-102 and 301 here in Goregaon East. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the different businesses packed in together. We spend most of our mornings just getting things sorted and dealing with the usual daily traffic around the GIDC Vatva area. It is a practical place to work, nothing too fancy or over the top. The office gets a bit crowded when everyone is in, but we manage just fine. Most days involve a lot of coordination and just keeping things moving. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some shops close down and others open up, but we are still here at the same address. It is not always quiet, especially with the construction and the trucks nearby, but you get used to the noise after a while. We just focus on what needs to be done each day. Sometimes the tea man comes by and that’s a highlight. It is a basic setup with some desks, computers, and files everywhere. We don’t go in for big meetings or anything like that. People just know where to find us if they need something. We try to keep our workspace organized, though it doesn't always stay that way during a busy week. It’s just how things go when you’re busy working in this part of town and trying to stay on top of everything.
