Akshar Computers

You can find us in E-107 at Kailash Esplanade on L.B.S. Road in Ghatkopar West. It’s a very busy building and the area is always crowded with people and traffic. Akshar Computers is a small shop where we handle all sorts of computer and laptop repairs. We have been here for quite some time now. The shop is usually full of laptops that need new screens or motherboards that need fixing. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all the equipment we have, but it works for us. L.B.S. Road is famous for being noisy and jammed, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't have a fancy corporate look. We just have our workbenches and our tools. Most of our customers are people from around Ghatkopar who know they can trust us with their machines. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what’s broken and how we can fix it. It’s a lot of hours spent looking at small parts and circuits. By the end of the day, it can be quite tiring, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't have a big budget for ads. Our work mostly comes from word of mouth in the neighborhood. Sometimes the rain makes the roof leak a bit, so we have to move things around. That’s just a normal day for us.
