Our India liaison office is located over in Ghatkopar East. We are up on the eighth floor of the Vindhyachal building, specifically in unit 805. Neelkanth Valley is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside. The office here acts as a bridge for the various parts of the group. It is a functional space, mostly filled with desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We don't have those big corporate lobbies you see in movies. It’s just a place where we sit down and get the coordination work done. Dealing with different time zones means some of us are here at odd hours sometimes. Ghatkopar is a good central spot for us, even if the commute can be a bit tiring depending on where you are coming from. We've got a small team here handling the local side of things. It’s mostly about making sure communication stays clear between everyone involved. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we have to plan for that. We keep things pretty simple in the office. No flashy decorations or anything like that. Just the basic stuff we need to stay productive throughout the day. People here are friendly and we just try to help each other out with whatever comes up. It’s a steady pace most weeks, though month-end always gets a little more hectic than usual for us.
