We started Ahuja Associate at New Marine Lines a while back because we saw how much trouble people had with paperwork and local property matters around Siddapura. Most days you'll find us at the office on Varthur Mn Rd, just keeping things moving. We aren't a big firm with fancy desks or expensive suits. It’s mostly just us handling the daily grind and making sure the documents get where they need to go on time. If you walk into our spot at Siddapura 5, you'll probably see a lot of files piled up on the desks. That’s just how it is when you’re busy with the local stuff. We know this area pretty well since we've been here long enough to see the roads change and the buildings go up. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic on Varthur Road makes everything late, but we still show up. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually find us because they live nearby or a friend told them we could help with their local requirements. It’s practical work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or tracking down updates for folks who don't have the time to do it themselves. It isn’t always glamorous, but it keeps the lights on and helps out the neighbors. If you're around New Marine Lines, you can just drop by. We’re usually there during normal hours, unless we had to run out.
