Afsa Fashions

We are running a small shop called Afsa Fashions over in Santacruz East. Our place is on the 1st Cross Double Road, right near Raja Ram Mohan Roy Extension 8. It’s a busy corner of the neighborhood and there is always something going on outside our door. We mostly sell clothes for everyday wear. You will find dresses and some suits hanging up on the racks. The shop isn't very large so it can get a bit tight when more than three people are inside. We don't have fancy air conditioning, just a big ceiling fan that makes a lot of noise. People in the area know us and stop by to see what new items we have brought in for the week. Sometimes I am just sitting behind the counter folding shirts or trying to fix a loose button. We are not some big brand you see on TV. We just buy good quality fabric and make sure the stitching is okay before we put it out. The traffic on Double Road never really stops, so you hear cars and rickshaws all day long. It makes the day go by fast. My cousin helps me out on the weekends when it gets extra crowded. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the name on the glass. If you are walking around Raja Ram Mohan Roy Extension, you will see us there. Most neighbors stop in just to chat even if they don't buy anything that day.
