Adil Computers

Adil Computers is tucked away in Pydhonie at Mahavir Nagar 425. It’s a small shop that’s absolutely packed with electronics. If you come inside, you’ll see stacks of old monitors, piles of keyboards, and boxes full of cables and motherboards. We’ve been at this Mahavir Nagar location for a long time, and the shop has a bit of a lived-in feel. There’s a lot of dust that comes in from the street, so we are always cleaning off the screens. Our main workbench is right in the middle, covered in screwdrivers and soldering irons. Pydhonie is a very busy and noisy neighborhood, so there’s a constant hum of activity outside our door. We spend our days taking things apart and trying to put them back together so they work again. It’s not always easy, and some computers are more trouble than they are worth, but we try. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us who understand how these machines tick. We don't use any fancy software to manage the shop; we mostly just remember where everything is or write it down in a notebook. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town, just a reliable place where people can bring their broken gear. We stay open until late in the evening because that's when most people have time to stop by. It’s honest, hardworking life.
