Action Mens Wear

Action Mens Wear is located over in Goregaon West at Jawahar Nagar. We are right opposite the Cinemax Theatre, so it’s easy to find us if you’re out catching a movie. The shop is at 10/5 and we have been here for a good bit of time. We sell mostly everyday clothes for men. It’s not a huge showroom, but we keep a decent variety on the racks. We get a lot of foot traffic from people walking towards the theatre or the station. Usually, it’s just us hanging up shirts or helping someone find the right size of trousers. The lighting in the shop is a bit old, but it does the job. We don’t do big advertising or anything like that. Most people who come in are just locals from Jawahar Nagar who need something new to wear for work or a party. Sometimes it gets crowded on weekends when the movie shows end. We just keep things moving. I think people like that we aren't pushy. You can just look through the stacks and see what fits. We have had the same tailors helping with alterations for years. Goregaon West has changed so much with all the new buildings, but our little corner opposite the theatre stays pretty much the same. We just focus on keeping the stock fresh and making sure the shop stays clean for whoever walks in. It is a simple life running a clothing store in such a busy part of Mumbai.
