Access Computers

My brother and I started this place a few years back. We are right in Shop 3 at Royal Court, near Sakhi Viha. People mostly come in because their laptops died or they need a quick cable. Jogeshwari East can get pretty crowded, especially by Narol Cross Road, so finding a parking spot is a headache. We don't have a big office or anything fancy. It's just a workbench and some shelves full of spare parts. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when we have too many machines to fix at once. We usually open around ten in the morning, but if the traffic is bad, I might be ten minutes late. People from the neighborhood know us. We just handle the stuff as it comes. It's mostly about fixing screens or cleaning out fans that have stopped working. We've seen a lot of different computers over the years, some really old ones too. Sometimes we can't find the part and we have to tell the customer to wait a few days. That’s just how it goes here. It isn't a huge operation. We just keep things running. If you walk past the Royal Court building, you'll see our sign. It's a small space but it works for us. We drink a lot of tea while working on the motherboards. It gets hot in the afternoons but we have a small fan. That's pretty much who we are.
