Aashirwad Home Appliances

We have been at Shop No 9 on Ram Hazare Marg for quite a long time. It is very close to the Shivsena Shakha in Vikhroli East, so it is easy to find if you are around there. We handle all sorts of home appliances. People mostly come to us when their fridge starts making a weird noise or their mixer grinder stops working in the middle of cooking. It gets quite crowded on the weekends. My nephew helps me out when he is not at college. We try to keep a good stock of the things people need daily. The shop is not huge, but we have managed to cram a lot of stuff onto the shelves over the years. We usually open up around ten and stay until the evening. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the shop a bit damp, but we just keep the fans going. If we do not have a specific part, we have to call the supplier and wait. This can take a few days, which some people do not like, but we cannot help it. We know most of our neighbors. It is a decent community. We do some repairs ourselves, though some modern stuff is too complicated with all the sensors. We tell people honestly if it is worth fixing or if they should just buy a new one. I live nearby, so I see my customers at the market too. We just keep things running.
