A Lallubhai & Brothers

If you ever walk down Charni Road at St. No. 6-1/2, you’ll find us in Prasad Chambers. It’s an old building, number 916. A Lallubhai & Brothers has been operating out of this same spot for years. It’s not a large space, but it’s ours. My brothers and I are usually here every day. We grew up around this area, so we know most of the other shop owners and the people who work in the chambers. The lane can be quite narrow, and when deliveries arrive, it gets a little chaotic. We don't have any fancy signs or a big reception area. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of ledgers and files stacked up. We keep it simple because that’s how we’ve always done it. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop by for business. It gets hot in the summer months, but we have the fans going. We aren't really trying to be anything big or corporate. We just want to do our work properly and go home at the end of the day. Some people find the address a bit confusing with the fractions in the street number, but once you’ve been here once, it’s easy to remember. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s central and everyone knows where Charni Road is. It’s just a regular family business, nothing more.
