99Clothing Apparel Llp

Jogani Estate is always a chaotic place to work in Dadar West. Our shop is number 34 on the ground floor, right on Kakasaheb Gadgil Marg. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all the boxes of apparel we have stacked up. We’ve been here at 99Clothing Apparel Llp for a bit now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We open up early, check the new stock, and start sorting through what needs to go out. The area is famous for clothes, so there’s always a lot of movement outside our door. Sometimes the trucks blocking the lane make things difficult, but that’s just Dadar for you. We don't have a big office staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. If you came inside, you’d see fabric rolls and finished shirts taking up most of the room. It’s a practical space, nothing like those fancy shops you see in the malls. We just focus on getting the clothes ready and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the day. Working in an industrial estate like Jogani means you meet all sorts of people from the garment trade. It's a loud, busy environment but we wouldn't know what to do with ourselves if it were quiet. It’s just how we run things here in this corner of Mumbai. We’ve grown to like the noise of the traffic and the smell of new fabric every morning.
