U&I Indian & Chinese Restaurant

We are located in the Melange Mall at Pallav Puram Phase 2, which is quite near Meerut University. Because of where we are, we see a lot of students coming in throughout the day. We serve both Indian and Chinese food because that is what people around here seem to like the most. It is not a very fancy place, just a regular restaurant where you can sit and have a meal. The mall gets really busy on the weekends with families, but during the week, it is mostly the college crowd. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the kitchen is in full swing, but that is just how it is. We have been here for a good while now and know many of our customers by name. The menu is simple and we do not try to do anything too complicated. A lot of people come for the noodles or the different paneer dishes we make. We just focus on getting the food out hot and making sure there is enough for everyone. The seating is basic and the lighting is just whatever the mall provides. It is a practical spot for a quick lunch or a dinner with friends after classes are over. We open up in the morning and stay until the mall closes down for the night. It is hard work, but we like being part of the local community here in Meerut.
