Bollywood Bites Restaurant

We’ve been running Bollywood Bites Restaurant for a while now here in Meerut. You can find us at Pooja Arcade on Shivaji Road. It’s right near NAS Degree College along Shivaji Marg, so lots of students and locals pass by every day. We just focus on making food that people enjoy eating when they come in. There isn't much to say other than we try to keep the place clean and get the orders out as fast as we can. Dealing with the crowd on Shivaji Marg keeps us busy, especially during lunch hours. We've seen the area change a bit over the years, but we're still here in the same spot at 250001. Most people know the college nearby, so it’s not too hard to find us. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s more about the routine of the kitchen and making sure there is enough seating for everyone who drops in. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside on the main road, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We open up every day and wait for the regulars to show up. It’s a simple business. We don't have a big team, just a few of us working together to keep things moving. If you are walking down Shivaji Road, you'll see our sign at Pooja Arcade. We’re just local people serving food to our neighbors and anyone else passing through.
