Biggies Restaurant

Biggies Restaurant sits right on Plot Number 1 along Jatoli Road, just off the main NH-58 highway in Kanker Khera. Being so close to Hotel Golden Resort means we see a lot of different faces every single day. Most of our regulars are folks driving through Meerut on their way to Delhi or heading up towards the mountains. It is a busy stretch of road, so there is always the sound of trucks and horns in the background. We opened up here because the highway needed a place where you could just sit and eat without any fuss. The dining room is simple with plain tables and chairs that we are constantly wiping down. We do a lot of cleaning because the dust from the main road tends to drift in when the doors are swinging open. In the mornings, we are busy getting the kitchen ready and making sure everything is in place for the travelers who stop by for an early meal. It is hard work, and the kitchen gets pretty hot during the summer months, but we are used to it by now. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a clean space where the food is ready when you are hungry. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a big group of tourists arrives all at once, but we just keep our heads down and get the orders out as fast as we can.
