DESIBITE RESTAURANT

Our place is out on Garh Road in Meerut, near the university area and Mangal Pandey Nagar. It is a busy stretch of road because of all the students and the hospital traffic. We are right there near Mangal Pandey Nagar on the Garh Road side. It is a bit different from the other parts of town because there is always a young crowd around. The shop itself is not very large, and it can get a bit stuffy when the sun hits the front windows in the afternoon. We have some simple tables and chairs, and the menu is written out on a board because we change things around sometimes. It is a bit noisy with the university nearby, but we like the energy. Sometimes we run out of certain items before the day ends, but that is just how it goes when you are busy. We are not some big chain, just a local restaurant where we do the cooking ourselves. The kitchen is small but we keep it organized as much as we can. If you are coming from the university, we are just a short walk away. It is a bit of a walk if you are coming from the other end of Garh Road, but most people just take a rickshaw. We are here most days, just working and making sure people have something to eat.
