Deep Restaurant & Banquet

This place is located right on the Main Divider Road in Ganga Nagar. It’s pretty easy to find since we are quite close to the SAI Baba Mandir. Meerut is a busy city, and this area sees a lot of traffic throughout the day. We have the restaurant part on the ground floor and then the banquet area for when people want to host something. It's not like those big five-star hotels you see in movies, but it works for the families around here who want to celebrate something. Most days, I’m just making sure the staff showed up on time and the kitchen is ready. When there's a function upstairs, things get a bit chaotic. You have people running around with chairs and decorations, and the kitchen gets really loud with all the cooking. Sometimes the parking gets a bit tight on the main road, especially on weekends. We try to manage it as best as we can. The temple nearby brings in a lot of people on Thursdays, so we see a different crowd then. It’s a lot of work keeping a place this size going, and sometimes things break or need fixing, like a leaky tap or a bulb that’s gone out. We just handle it as it comes. It’s a local business, run by local people, and we’ve been at this address for a while now. I usually close up around ten and head home to my family.
