The Recipes (Bravura Gold Resort)

We are the restaurant inside the Bravura Gold Resort, right out on National Highway 58. It's a spot where people often stop when they’re driving the Delhi-Roorkee bypass. Being in Partapur, right across from Kalka Dental College, we see a lot of students and travelers. It’s not just for people staying at the resort, though. Locals from Meerut come by too. We serve food that people generally like to eat when they're hungry. We don't have any of those tiny, fancy plates you see in magazines. It's just solid meals meant to fill you up. The kitchen stays pretty busy, especially during the lunch and dinner rushes. We have a team of cooks who have been with us for a while. They know what they’re doing with a frying pan. The dining area is clean and we try to keep the chairs comfortable. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when there’s a big group celebrating something, but that’s the way a restaurant should be, I think. We don’t spend much time worrying about being "upscale." We just want to make sure the food comes out hot and the service is decent enough that you aren't waiting forever. It’s a convenient stop if you’re on the road and need a break from driving. You can park your car easily out front and take a breather. We keep the menus simple so you can choose quickly and get back to your journey.
