Sudhikshas Restaurant

If you are looking for Sudhikshas Restaurant, we are over at JAI Plaza in Abulane. The address is 182, and it’s right in the middle of the Meerut Cantt area. Things get pretty lively around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is out shopping or heading home from work. We opened up this place because we wanted to have a spot where people could get a decent meal without a lot of fuss. It’s not a huge place, just a few tables and a kitchen that stays pretty busy. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for a bit. We don't really have a big fancy menu with pictures, just the stuff we know how to cook well. Sometimes the orders take a little longer when it's crowded, but we do our best to keep up. My cousin helps me with the accounts and the supplies, and we usually stay late to get everything ready for the next morning. It's hard work, honestly. Dealing with the heat in the kitchen and the noise from the street can be a lot. But when a customer finishes their plate and looks happy, it feels like we’re doing something right. Abulane is a good spot for us, and 250001 has been our home for a long time. We just keep the doors open and the stove going for whoever is hungry.
