Our place is located at 101 in the Ganga Sagar Main Market here in Meerut. We are right in the middle of the market, near Ganga Sagar Colony. It’s a very local spot, surrounded by other shops and people doing their daily errands. Spice Affaire Restaurant isn't some big chain from the city. It’s just a local business that we started to serve the people in Ganga Nagar. The market is always crowded, so there’s a lot of energy right outside our door. Inside, we try to keep things simple and functional. We have a few tables and a kitchen that stays pretty busy throughout the day. We don't use any fancy language or have a polished corporate look. It’s just us, the staff, making sure everything is ready for the next person who walks in. We know a lot of our customers by name because they live just a few streets away. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when the market is at its busiest, but we manage to get through it. We aren't trying to be the most expensive or the most talked-about place in Meerut. We just want to be a reliable spot where you can get a decent meal without any trouble. If you’re shopping in the main market, you’ll see our sign. We’ve been here for a while and plan on staying for quite a bit longer. It's just a straightforward restaurant in a busy market.
