We've been here on Garh Road in Kithore for a while now, and people mostly know us for being a pure vegetarian spot near the Rose Garden. It is a simple place, honestly. Folks traveling through Meerut or locals who want a quick meal without any fuss are who we usually see. Because we’re right on the main road, the dhaba stays pretty busy. There aren't any fancy decorations here. It is just tables, chairs, and a kitchen that runs all day long. Sometimes it gets loud when the heavy trucks pass by, but that is just how Kithore is. We try to keep things clean. Most people come in, eat their dal and roti, and head back out pretty fast. Our setup is straightforward, and you can find us easily near the garden area. If you’re driving toward Meerut, you’ll likely see the sign. We don't do anything fancy, just normal food for normal people. Since the staff has been here a long time, they know the regulars by their faces. This isn't a big corporate thing, just a local dhaba where the food is hot. We try to move fast so nobody has to wait too long for a seat. It is just a regular part of the neighborhood. We stay open pretty late, which helps people working odd hours. It is just us doing what we know how to do every day.
