Shiv Gyan Restaurant & Sweet Shop

Our shop is at 412 Meerut Cantt, right near the Sardhana Road Fatak. If you know Subhash Puri, you probably know where we are. Being near the railway crossing means there is always a lot of noise and people waiting around when the gates are closed. We have been running this sweet shop and restaurant for some time. We start early in the morning to get the sweets ready in the display cases. It is a small place but we make sure the food is ready for the lunch crowd. A lot of people from the neighborhood come by in the evenings to pick up snacks for their families. The Meerut Cantt area is always busy, and being near the Fatak brings in people who are just passing through. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. The tables are simple and we focus on getting the orders out. Sometimes it gets really crowded, especially during the festivals when everyone wants sweets at the same time. The staff here has been with us for a bit and they know most of the regular customers by face. We don't use any complicated recipes, just the usual way of making things that people expect. It is a bit loud with the traffic outside, but that is just how life is in this part of Meerut. We just keep the doors open and keep cooking. It is a practical shop for people who live nearby or work in the Cantt area.
