PUNJABI TOURIST DHABA

If you are driving down NH-58, you will see us at the Partapur bypass in Meerut. Being a dhaba on the highway means we see a lot of different people every day. Most are just passing through, tired from the road and looking for a place to sit for a bit. We're located right in Partapur, zip code 250103. The place is built for travelers, really. It’s not fancy, just some tables and chairs and a kitchen that stays busy. The bypass can get noisy with all the trucks and cars going by, but that's just part of life on the highway. We’ve been here for some time now. We don't do big advertisements or anything like that. People just see the sign and pull over. Sometimes the tea is extra strong because that's what a driver needs to stay awake. We do things the old way, nothing too polished or modern. The staff here are local guys from Meerut and around. We know the roads well. If you stop here, you're just getting a regular meal at a regular dhaba. We don't have a big corporate office or fancy uniforms. It's just a family-run kind of thing on the side of NH-58. We open up early and stay open late. It's honest work and we just try to keep the place clean and the food ready for whoever stops by next. We just keep it simple for the travelers.
