New Pradhan Restaurant

Our restaurant is situated in the Kutchery area of Meerut, inside the Collectrait Parishad. Because of where we are located, we see a lot of people who have work at the courts or the government offices nearby. There are always lawyers, clerks, and people coming in for their paperwork throughout the day. It is a very busy environment with a lot of movement. We provide a place where they can grab a quick meal before heading back to their tasks. The place is quite simple and we don't have any elaborate furniture or fancy lighting. It is meant for people who are on their lunch break and want something that tastes like it was made in a regular kitchen. Meerut can get quite cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, so the atmosphere inside changes with the seasons. We have been serving this community for a long time. The morning starts with getting the stove going and preparing the basic items for the day. It is a very routine kind of life here. We don't have a big menu with hundreds of items, just the things we know how to make well. Most of our customers are regulars who we see every other day. It is just a practical eating house for the working crowd in the Kutchery area. We just keep the doors open and the food ready for whoever walks in.
