Nathus Restaurant

We are located out here on the National Highway-58. If you know the Modipuram Bypass in Meerut, you’ve probably seen Nathus Restaurant near the Rohta Road Crossing. Being part of the Garden City Resorts area keeps us busy, especially with people traveling through. It’s a big spot and we try to keep things moving. The restaurant has been here a while now. We serve a lot of different things, mostly the kind of food people want when they are taking a break from a long drive. It gets a bit loud sometimes with the traffic outside but inside it’s alright. My staff and I spend most of our day making sure the kitchen is running. There’s always something to fix or a table to clear. We don't do anything too fancy, just regular meals that fill you up. A lot of families come by on weekends because they live nearby in the residential parts. The bypass can be tricky to navigate if you aren't from around here, but we are easy to spot once you get past the main crossing. We just keep our doors open and wait for whoever walks in. It’s a simple life running a place like this. We don't have big speeches about what we do. We just make food and hope people like it enough to come back when they are on the road again. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and the air conditioning is the only thing keeping us going. We deal with the delivery trucks coming in every morning with fresh vegetables and supplies. It is a lot of lifting and sorting before the first customer even arrives.
