Lions Restaurant

Lions Restaurant is located inside Hotel Libra on Delhi Road. We are right in the Meerut Cantt area, not too far from Begum Bridge. It’s a pretty central spot, so there is always a lot of noise and activity outside on the street. We’ve been operating here for a while, serving whoever comes through the hotel or off the street. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. It’s small and gets very hot during the summer months. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just show up, prep the food, and serve it. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients because the delivery was late, and we just have to tell people we don't have it that day. That’s just how it goes sometimes. The staff has been together for a bit, so we know how to work around each other in the tight space. Meerut is a busy city and Delhi Road is one of the main veins, so we see all sorts of people. Some stay for a quick bite, others linger for a while. We don't do any big promotions. We just keep the doors open and do our jobs. It’s a practical place for a meal. Nothing more, nothing less. We just try to keep things clean and the food moving out of the kitchen as fast as we can. It’s just us working here every day and doing the best we can.
