Kaushik Restaurant

If you are ever on Garh Road in Meerut, you might come across Kaushik Restaurant. We are located on Nai Sarak, which is a fairly busy street in the 250002 zip code area. We have been operating here for some time now, just serving the people who live and work in this part of Meerut. The restaurant isn't anything too elaborate. It is just a place where you can get a meal without much fuss. We spend our days mostly in the back preparing the ingredients and keeping the kitchen clean. The road outside can get pretty noisy with all the traffic on Garh Road, but once you are inside, it is a bit more relaxed. We don't have a mission statement or any of those things you see in big companies. We are just local people working a job. We have our regulars who come in almost every day, and then we have the travelers who are just passing through this part of the city. Running a restaurant has its ups and downs, like when a supplier is late or something in the kitchen breaks, but we just handle it as it comes. We keep the menu pretty simple so we can manage it well. It is just a regular spot on Nai Sarak where you can find us most days of the week, just doing what we do and keeping the doors open for whoever is hungry. Sometimes the stove acts up, but we fix it and keep going.
