We are located out on Delhi Road in Rithani. If you’ve driven past, you’ve probably seen the sign. It’s a busy road and there’s always a lot of dust and traffic noise, but we’re used to it by now. Inside the gates, we focus on the electrical work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. It’s a large space but it feels smaller once you get all the materials and people inside. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or office furniture. Most of our budget goes into the equipment we use every day. The workers here come from all over the local area. Some walk and some come on bikes. We have a routine that hasn't changed much over the years. We check the orders, look at the designs, and get to work on the floor. It’s honest labor. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a job, but nobody complains much. We just get it done. The weather gets really hot here in the summer, so we keep the fans going as much as we can. It’s a straightforward life at Kanohar Electricals Ltd. We don't try to be something we’re not. We just make electrical parts and try to do a decent job of it. It’s what we know how to do. The gate is usually open early if anyone needs to drop something off or talk about a project.
