Kajla Fresh Chicken

Our shop is tucked away at Shop No-7 in Tirupati Plaza, which is on Mawana Road in the Ganga Nagar area of Meerut. It is a straightforward kind of place where we focus on chicken. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or a big waiting area. It is just a shop where people from around Meerut come to get their meat for the day. We start our mornings quite early, often before the sun is even up, to get the stock ready. Dealing with fresh meat means you have to be very careful about cleaning and timing. It is a messy job and our hands are always busy with something. The plaza gets pretty crowded in the evenings when everyone is getting off work and trying to finish their grocery shopping. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but we try to move as fast as we can. We have been here in Ganga Nagar for a while now and we know most of the neighbors. We don't do any big advertisements or have a marketing person. Most people just find us because they live nearby or their friends told them about us. It is just a small local business. We focus on the daily tasks like chopping, weighing, and packing. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We just try to do our work and go home to rest before the next day starts.
